All Pesca Innovations products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Material failures under normal, intended use
- Hardware included with the product
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Overloading or misuse
- Modifications
- Cosmetic issues not affecting function
- Environmental damage (UV, extreme heat, water exposure beyond intended use)
Claim Process
If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, replace the product or the defective component. Refunds are not guaranteed and are provided only if a replacement is unavailable.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@pescainnovations.com with:
- Order number, name and email
- 1-2 photos of the Issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will respond within 1-2 business days
Additional Information
For purchases made through Etsy, Walmart, or Amazon, this warranty is provided by Pesca Innovations and is separate from the marketplace’s return and refund policies. Returns and refunds within the marketplace return window must be handled through the original platform.
