Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email within 1-4 days to let you know when your order is on its way! The order email includes a tracking number through the shipping carrier. If the order is lost, contact the shipping carrier immediately. 

FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING

Free domestic economy shipping is available for orders over $50. Free shipping orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays, and typically arrive in 5-8 business days.  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RATES & ESTIMATES

For Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. If the return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount and provide a shipping label. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@pescainnovations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
