Designed to fit straps up to 1.5" wide, this tie-down gives you a solid, low-profile anchor point for kayaks, fishing setups, and rafting gear.
The Horizontal Kayak Tie Down locks your gear to your rail without standing proud of the deck. Slides into any standard T-track in about 10 seconds — no drilling, no tools, no permanent modifications to your kayak. We designed this one horizontal because every other tie-down on the market runs the strap vertically, which leaves straps sticking up and catching on overhanging branches, gear bags, and anything else in the way. Ours sits flat against the rail.
Built to live outside
PETG is stronger than plastic. The mounting hardware is marine-grade 316 stainless steel, the same grade used on offshore fishing boats, so saltwater won't pit it and freeze cycles won't fatigue it. Available in 9 colors so you can color-match your rig: Black, White, Gray, Orange, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, and Light Blue. As far as we know, we're the only company making a horizontal T-track tie-down in this color range.

Will this fit my YakAttack GearTrac? Yes — fits all standard T-track sizes, including YakAttack GearTrac G170 and G34, Scotty mounts, and most OEM kayak rails.
What's the maximum strap width? 1.5 inches. Works with most standard ratchet straps and cam-buckle tie-downs.
Can I leave it on year-round? Yes. PETG is UV-stable, and the hardware is marine-grade 316 stainless steel. Sun, water, salt, and freeze cycles won't degrade it.
Does it work for non-kayak applications? Anywhere there's a T-slot rail — rafts, drift boats, SUPs with rail systems, truck bed accessory rails. If it has a standard T-track, this fits.
Is anything else in the box besides the tie-downs? Yes — each pack includes 2 tie-downs, 2 T-bolts, and 2 thumb screws. Everything you need to install both.
